The Black Pug

Warwick

Carbon Free Dining - Lime & Chili - Varu Atmosphere

The Black Pug is a neighbourhood pub located in Warwick, England, serving a range of carefully sourced foods that are catered with love. A dog-friendly pub featuring luscious garden areas, generous seating, plenty of drinks and incredible food, The Black Pug is the ideal stop for your pub lunch or evening pint!

The Black Pug’s history goes back several hundred years – the building is Tudor-built dating back to the 1600s, and it became a pub in 1880 under the name The Wheelwright Arms. This name was then changed several years later where it stayed as The Millwright Arms until it was revamped in 2019 into The Black Pug!

Along with their passion for a friendly atmosphere laced with history, The Black Pug are also showing their care for the environment through their partnership with the United-Nations-Environment-backed initiative Carbon Free Dining.

As a Carbon Free Dining Certified establishment, all of The Black Pug’s diners have the opportunity to plant a life-saving tree in the developing world. This offers food, shelter, education and a lasting economy to some of the most deprived members of our population while counterbalancing the carbon produced from The Black Pug’s divine meals.
