Established in 2017, Katora Coffee is a plant-based coffeeshop in downtown Fredericksburg, Virginia. All of the drinks they offer are 100% plant-based – from their organic, locally-sourced coffee to their wide selection of dairy-free milk. They also serve organic loose-leaf tea (with a large selection that has doubled since opening) – try it hot, iced or as a latte!

Their café is filled with local art, with ‘spooky’ décor and amazing graffiti to create an atmosphere you won’t forget! They also have an upstairs lounge to accommodate anything from rap showcases and spoken word poetry to meetings and workshops. At Katora, they are continually striving to make a difference in their community, regularly volunteering and donating to important causes.

Further showing their passion and care for the environment, Katora has partnered with the United-Nations-backed initiative Carbon Free Dining.

As a Carbon Free Dining certified restaurant, all of Katora’s customers are given the opportunity to plant a life-saving fruit tree in one of the world’s poorest communities. This offers them an education and the means to build their own economy, whilst also counterbalancing the carbon produced from Katora’s incredible teas and coffees
