As a Carbon Free Dining Certified café, all of Prickly Pear’s customers have the opportunity to plant a life-saving tree in one of the world’s most impoverished third-world communities. This offers food, shelter, education and a sustainable economy for some of the poorest members of our population while counterbalancing the carbon produced from Prickly Pear’s fantastic meals.
